Deposit: 50% when booking

Cleaning when leaving is included but the studio must be tided, washing-up done. If not, 30€ kept on the deposit.
Arrival : from 2pm - Departure : 10 am maximum (except rental weekend)
During french school holidays, no rental for weekend or one night (except last minutes)

Extra cleaning studio during staying : 30€ (on request)
Extra new sheets or towels during staying (on request) : 10€ per pers.
Bicycles rental : 1 Decathlon B-twin L Man, 1 Decathlon B-twin M Woman with basket, 1 VTT kids (120-150cm) - 20€ per bicycle per week
